When the people in power are destroying our country, wrecking the environment, and spreading terrorism around the globe, there's something wrong with professors in the humanities and social sciences who aren't perceived as "dangerous" to the powers that be. I guess that's why I've been flooded with congratulations from colleagues and former students on making it into the top 100.
